Ive had plenty of bad beats but my worse came about 6months ago. I was on a little bit of tilt a guy 2 places after me had already taken £50 of my money and i wanted it back. I got 88 and re raised the the minimum bid. the flop was 8j8. I was grinning from ear to ear. Deciding to slow play i just checked the next guy threw in a raise and the guy i hated just called. I did the same. Next card i cant remember but nothing really mattered to me. I checked next guy went all in, even bigger grin on my face. Guy after called, i cant believe my luck. I call £150 in the pot. Out comes a jack. Still smiling suddenly the money goes in a different direction. The guy 2 places away from me had jj. Not only had i lost a hand i was 100% certain i could not. It was to the guy i was already annoyed with. My laptop only just survived!
